Cleaning solvents on stainless steel tanker shell

Is there any particular cleaning solvents to avoid on that type of surface?

mineral spirits, turp, denatured alcohol, soap and water. Sure it's stainless and not aluminum.
either way, shouldn't be any issues.

A side note - if it's more then 3 years old it never really looks clean. I once
told a customer that I'd polish it up for em too (aluminum tanker). Big mistake...I was black from head to wasn't pleasant.
