FMXPress was used on this to match the original art. Yes it looks grainy but that was the style used in the art, It worked well.
We tried to bump the screen freq up using ellipse, and double dot but it looked awful. Anything under the print pass size works well with fmx. We do use this dither alot on the small stuff.......

Edited, text added etc, Printed from Flexi. CMYK (FMXPress)
FDC 4200 series white, contour cut.

Hi Muts,

Very nice...I really appreciate you sharing your printings with us.
It will help me quite a bit. as I have printed basicaly spot colors.
I want to start printing process.
I also use FlexiPro

Is there anything else I should change in Flexisign in order to get a nice print quality??? other than the ones you already listed?
