I'm wondering if you guys can compete with today's printers on quality. If so what jobs really shine with this printer? Would you add another type of printer and keep this and what would you use it for? I also want to know what ribbons do you think I should get? Just process? Get basic blue, red green spot etc or buy as the jobs demand? Thanks in advance and anything else you think might be helpful please do tell 🙂. I am just starting out. I want to do vehicle lettering, yard Signs and possibly decals, but I do not have any interest in full wraps. I have vinyl cutters. Can I make a decent little business just on the equipment I have? Would be nice to not have to spend any more money on printers. I almost bought a HP Latex 315. I also plan on using this printer for decals and stickers for my other businesses which are Plumbing & Electrical, Junk Removal, and Stump grinding. I also sell a product and I'll make decals for it.

Stick with spots as much as possible.

Your not going to compete as far as vehicle graphics, but small/large run stickers you bet you can.

I keep my DC3 mostly for its ability to print white.
