Just got a call from Hyatt's, Summa has dropped ALL of their dealers.
Hadn't ordered our supplies from Summa before so I don't know what their fulfillment time is on orders but I will miss the free shipping that Hyatt's ordered.

Now if they would just drop the damn prices! We hateses the prices at summastore. No quantity discount on full sets of ribbons. And no other source, apparently! I Looooove my dc3+ but I'm developing a strange loathing of Summa.

what do you think it cost summa for a roll of color ribbons? Probably $25 i think .

I'd be really curios what their perspective is. Some of the sales guys were at
my shop a few years back and as they imparted they haven't raised the prices
since the beginning, which they haven't by the way. My question is don't they
have economies of scale by now in the amount of product they are producing?
