A few jobs from the first week with the DC4SX

Post by Ursta Graphics » Mon Mar 16, 2009 8:11 pm

Here are a couple of jobs from my first week with the machine. I'm still learning but so far so good!

This was the first thing I ran. CMY 35 ellipse I believe.

It's awesome to finally be able to produce my shop mascot in house :) (Fridge)

Done for a local video store. 35 ellipse. CMYK

This is the smallest thing I have done so far. Couldn't quite get the settings right but it came out ok in the end. I think this was done at 41 double dot. (Any suggestions settings for small stuff will be kindly appreciated.)

I have quite a bit to learn and a few huge jobs coming up... so I'm sureI'll be bugging everyone soon ;)

Excellent work!
Did you top-coat, use a clear vinyl overlaminate or Summa ScratchGuard?
What vinyl did you use?

I have yet to laminate anything as I do not have the equipment for it yet. I'm hoping this isn't a bad thing. Sold the customers on a 3-5 yr warranty uncoated? Still kinda learning the ropes.
