Been on the phone with summa even printing spot colors the lines are never straight always adds extra ink on a straight line prints like crazy the only thing it will print good is the demo file...I don't know how anyone is getting quality prints with this machine I'm in Florida

I JUST WATCHED A VIDEO ON U-TUBE ABOUT THIS. CHECK YOUR RIBBON CASES AND SEE IF THE TAKE UP SIDE IS PULLING THE RIBBONS STRAIGHT. IF YOU HAVE RIBBONS THAT ARE MORE THAN 50% EMPTY. THE TAKE UP ROLL MIGHT BE FOLDING YOUR RIBBON BEFORE IT GETS TO THE PRINTHEAD WHILE YOUR PRINTING.....
