I recently upgraded software to signlab 9 and am having a problem getting vpm to send to my dc4sx. Every time i try to send a file to print and cut i get an error that is PageD428 error. It says the nested job contains spool files. I delete the spool files but it still does nothing?
Has anyone had any problems like this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks,

Ursta,
I'm guessing you have not sent a single job to your DC4 as of yet correct?
You won't find too many here that use Signlab and this should go to Signlab
tech support and with your new SL9 you should have an amount of free tech
to go. Let me know what you come up with. I would be interested to see how
SL9 prints as I am a SL7.1 user.

Problem solved.... I didnt have the 64 bit usb drivers installed from summa which caused the problem. Really starting to like the rip from signlabs vpm now that I'm getting used to it. I just have to work out a few bugs and get the right settings for dpi and dot patterns / frequencies.
