1 year with DC4, Still Learning!
Re: 1 year with DC4, Still Learning!
A couple more MDF projects.
For the wrap on the snow machine I did it with premium vinyl. What a pain. I don`t think i would used the vehicle wrap stuff unless you use a liquid clear to seal your edges. I don`t have an laminate machine so there is a risk of the colors wearing off. It has happen, i just watch where I apply the vinyl to avoid rubbing.
My comments to people about the dots are that I`m a sign business, not a printing shop. So at 100 feet away and at 30 miles an hour these signs look great. hehe

I have a buddy that is a huge Nintendo fan. I made the Mario and Megaman for cut vinyl on Cora-Plas. The last image is a print i did, then applied to magnetic material. My buddy cut out each piece and has them on his fridge at home.

Re: 1 year with DC4, Still Learning!
Here is a print for a local Store that wanted to promote there sales better. It is reverse printed on clear vinyl with a white print overlay. The sales text is meant to be changed for each sale. After this one I then changed the sale area to by cut form blue vinyl. I weeded it but left the vinyl on the backing to give a white background and then just taped it into place. Saved a lot of time this way.
