I've got a DC4sx, and recently 1 of the 2 holders you put on the ends has become a problem. The tightening mechanism is stuck, so it is impossible to loosen or tighten it anymore (by stuck I mean the bolt on the other side twists/plastic is cracked and no longer tight fitting). This makes the holder slowly twist out of the vinyl roll while it rotates during printing. I'm going to call and see if these are buyable, but for the meantime, wondering if anyone has had this happen or has any temporary solutions so I can keep printing?

Wow...never seen that happen. I was shown a little trick when I bought my machine where you stack 2 washers under the tightening knob to allow more travel in the collar that tightens into the roll. Try getting that apart and packing the spot where the bolt head sits with JB weld, tighten the bolt lightly in place, wipe off the excess, let it dry and stack those washers under the outside knob
