dongle key error

dongle key error

Is anyone aware of an error with the dongle key that causes it to force a code indicating your license has expired? Maybe a windows 10 glitch?

To add, this is what the error says:

not licensed for host 1d:65:c3:5d:13:cf:72

we have had this DC3+ for at least 5yrs
