Vinyl Feeding Crooked

Post by waditah » Wed Apr 26, 2017 10:23 pm

Within the last week, I've noticed that the vinyl is feeding very crooked which I believe is causing it to drift off alignment during printing. Yes I've done the line feed calibration, but no bueno. This may not be a huge issue if it self adjusts like normal, but the last couple of days it has affected the cut process. Several feet of print jobs have been ruined because it starts skewing when cutting. I've slowed down the cut velocity, and I've done a print/cut calibration. Also have checked that the pinch roller is sitting in the right position. What else can I try, and any suggestions on what is going on?
