Anyone know what drum right (x2-axis) code means

Hi SignGuy,
This error message is typically caused by one of three things; a defective motor(least likely), the material being too taut on the roll support or you're at the end of the roll, or you don't have your right pinch wheel set in one of the correct pinch wheel locations. I would check the latter two items first and if those don't correct the issue then I would contact our support team to see if this is being caused by a defective motor. Their number is (800)323-9766.
