Who wants to do a quick job for me?
I sold my DC4 but have a customer with a job that is perfect for the DC4. I can send you a print ready file. It is 125 4"x4" pieces with rounded corners. Just Black ink. Of course the customer needed them done yesterday, like they always do, so I need a quick print and ship. I am in Arizona. Any tak...

Summa DC4 54" For Sale -Low Hours
I know most of you in this forum are familiar with the DC4 but for those who are not... This printer sells new for just under $20k. You can pick it up from me for $9000 with very low hours. I am attending college, have a full time job, and 3 little mouths to feed so unfortunately I do not have the t...

This may be a stretch but I think I just had the same issue this weekend. Now that it's winter how cold is the room your DC is in? I tried doing some prints without the heater on and it was under 60 in the room. It was having trouble aligning. When I warmed the room up it seemed to work. Don't know ...

How do lay down a white back?
I am printing several small logos on clear vinyl and on a test run my colors were too transparent so I need to lay down a layer of white first. How do I do this on a file that has already been created and how do I make sure my DC4 recognizes it and then lays it down first? Thanks in advance for the ...

Are you using clear vinyl? That is the only time my DC4 has run crooked. I guess the sensors don't see the media sometimes. If it isn't clear then I don't know what to tell you. It has always been straight as an arrow for me. The only thing I can think of is to make sure the media is loaded correctl...

Do you guys scrub this stuff before you use it? When I bought my DC4 I was told the main reason we should buy Summas products is because they have been scrubbed before they ship them. I don't want to ruin a $2k printhead to save a few bucks on vinyl. But if all it takes is a good wipe down before I ...
